Robert Redford Presents The Green ...

Ecoists is a series of short, intimate dialogues with some of today's most active and recognizable environmental activists.  Join them as they share ideas, information and enthusiasm about their causes of choice.  Participating ecoists include: Stefanie, Sheryl Crow, Kevin Bacon, Laurie David, Sam Waterson, Carole King, Billy Baldwin,  James Blunt, Ron Livingston, Erykah Badu and Kerry Washington.   Stefanie videotaped a pledge break for the following program for PBS, The '60s Live!: My Generation, My Music, which aired Sept. 13, 2008 at 5pm and 8pm on KCET, Los Angeles.  A musical celebration of the '60s, the show featured Eric Burdon ("It's My Life"), Jackie DeShannon ("What the World Needs Now Is Love"), the Mamas and the Papas ("California Dreamin'"), Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr. ("Wedding Bell Blues"), Roger McGuinn.

Stefanie was the recipient of one of the first Peace One Earth medallions that have been created by StepUp4Vets (www.stepup4vets.org), a nonprofit organization founded by philanthropist Patricia Kennedy to partner in the transition of our returning veterans as they readjust, redirect and rebuild their civilian lives.  The event was held at Patricia's home to commemorate the beginning of Armed Forces week.  Among the other guests were Wayne Newton, who has taken over the reigns of Chairman of the USO Celebrity Circle from Bob Hope, actor Hugh O'Brian and astronaut Buzz Aldrin and his wife Lois.

who was killed in Iraq in April along with seven elite Iraqi  Special Forces personnel in the outskirts of Baghdad.  An IED exploded and destroyed the lead vehicale in which they were riding.  Patricia presented medallions to his parents and sister in his memory.

Stefanie, along with her HART TO HART co-star Robert Wagner, were the in-studio guests on The Graham Norton Show, filmed in London, on April 30, 2008. There were also repeat broadcasts on May 11, 2008 at 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM.

Stefanie was among the stars of theater, television, film and cabaret who performed at the 24th Annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event–S.T.A.G.E–when they saluted the music of composer Burt Bacharach.   BLAME IT ON BACHARACH! was presented on Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9, 2009 at the Wilshire Theatre Beverly Hills.  S.T.A.G.E. is the world’s longest continuously running AIDS benefit in the world.  Net proceeds from the annual event benefit AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA), an organization now in its 25th year of providing direct services and HIV/AIDS prevention education throughout Los Angeles County.
